Spent a lot of the day sifting soil for levelling up the garden. Also had another nice chat with Kay Hinton, the window lady. She returned with an offer that might be difficult for others to beat. She is well known in Dudley and Wolverhampton as, in the past, she has been nominated for 'Midlander of the Year. Also, turns out that before she married she was Kay Henry and has a rather well known younger brother named Lenworth. Amazing the people you meet when building a home!
